Email Manager
Hepsia’s Email Manager is an all-in-one e-mail management tool, which will grant you absolute control over your e-mailboxes and e-newsletters. With this easy-to-work-with GUI, you can set up a brand new e-mail account in an instant and administer its settings easily. Furthermore, you can forward electronic mails from one email box account to another, create mail filters, create autoresponder messages and shield your e-mail box accounts against junk messages.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have server-side anti-spam filtering software, so you can guard all your email boxes against unsolicited bulk messages. You can also change the anti-spam protection level from ‘Very Low’ to ‘Very High’ to make certain that no unrequested mails will find their way into your email box. Your emails will be sifted out based on their spam score. You can also choose whether an email message marked as spam should be deleted or redirected to a specific e-mail box account.
Email Filters
Email filters are excellent for sorting your incoming mails according to certain rules set by you. Creating email filters is extremely easy – all you need to do is fill in a simple form and your mail filter will be activated and will take effect instantly. You can swiftly create a mail filter for any of your email accounts and specify the e-mail filtering criteria as per your desire.
Email Forwarding
You can quickly forward your incoming messages from one email account to another, or even to several other e-mail box accounts. Simply specify the e-mail box account you would like to forward messages from, then choose the target email mailbox and indicate if you wish to leave a copy on our servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager, you can quickly set up the email client of your preference to access your e-mail accounts. Just navigate to the Auto-Config column next to the e-mailbox account you want to set up on your desktop PC or mobile phone and click on the email client that you wish to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be created for you. Drag the file to your electronic mail client and the new e-mail box will be set up in an instant.
